Ethics is the foundation of our business

At Julianus, ethics is not just an empty slogan — it is the foundation of our daily activities. As a company, we are guided by transparency, honesty and respect — regardless of whether we are dealing with a customer, business partner or debtor. We believe that trust takes years to build and can be lost in a second, which is why we treat every contact with another person as a long-term relationship based on responsibility and loyalty. These values are confirmed by our membership in the Association of Financial Companies, our adoption of the Principles of Good Practices and the development of internal standards of conduct.

ZPF Membership

The Association of Financial Companies in Poland (ZPF), established on 27 October 1999, currently brings together over 100 companies from various sectors of the economy. It is the largest multi-sector economic self-government organisation, which has been actively shaping standards of responsibility and professionalism in the financial sector for over two decades. The ZPF also represents the interests of the financial sector vis-à-vis legislators, administrators and the public, providing reliable knowledge about the market and legal changes. As an expert organisation, it actively participates in the legislative process, representing its members and supporting the development of the financial market as a sector of public trust. It works to integrate the financial enterprise community, supporting its development, innovation and ethical conduct. The ethical conduct of the members of the Association of Financial Companies is based, among other things, on the implementation of a code of ethics, an integral part of which is the Principles of Good Practice – mandatory for every member of the ZPF.

More information about the Association of Financial Companies can be found on the ZPF website.

  • prohibited practices of debt collection companies,
  • rules for handling complaints,
  • rules of confidentiality and data protection,
  • how to proceed in the event of the expiry or contestation of a debt,
  • when and how to conduct amicable and judicial debt collection.
