Julianus Inkasso has the most experience in civil proceedings in Estonia. Nearly 40% of all civil proceedings are initiated by Julianus Inkasso. We are also the largest private claimant in enforcement proceedings.

Julianus Inkasso mainly represents clients in judicial expedited order for payment procedures and actions, as well as subsequent enforcement proceedings. However, we have also represented clients in bankruptcy, liquidation, reorganisation, and inheritance proceedings.

For judicial proceedings we generally charge an hourly fee.
